How to access and export your EmberMate data

Your Data Is Already Yours

EmberMate stores all data locally on your device. Because no data is sent to our servers, you already have direct access to all your information within the app. No formal data request is needed — your data is right on your device.

Export Your Data (PDF Care Report)

EmberMate lets you export a comprehensive care summary as a PDF directly from the app:

  1. Open EmberMate on your device

  2. Navigate to the Journal tab

  3. Tap the Share / Export option

  4. Select the time range and sections to include

  5. Generate and share the PDF via email, messaging, AirDrop, or print

What's Included in the Export

  • ✅ Medication list and adherence history

  • ✅ Vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, glucose, SpO2, temperature, weight)

  • ✅ Symptom logs and severity ratings

  • ✅ Appointment history

  • ✅ Care plan completion summary

View Your Data In-App

All your data is accessible within EmberMate at any time:

  • Now tab — Today's care plan, medications, and schedule

  • Journal tab — Historical logs across all categories

  • Insights tab — Trends, correlations, and adherence statistics

  • Settings — Patient information, caregiver data, and preferences

No Server-Side Data

EmberMate is a local-only application. We do not store, process, or retain any of your health data on our servers. There is no server-side data to request because it simply does not exist.
